Hello loves! I spend a large part of my day yesterday re-organizing my bookcases! I’d been wanting to do this for a while now! While re-organizing, I discovered I was missing quite a few books. 5 of my Harry Potter books and about 10 others. These books were lent out to friends. These friends never returned them. Makes me so sad. So, I have decided that I’m no longer lending out my books. Reasonable tight?
Okay, back to the bookcases. I had a lot of fun organizing them! I realize my bookcases are not very pretty, they’re just plain and black. So I have asked Timmy to buy me pretty new bookcases, preferably with glass doors! So excited!
I'm also parting with about 50 books, I’m donating them to the library! I hope someone else can enjoy them!

1. Twilight Hardbacks, Collectors Editions, movies and soundtracks.
2. Twilight soft covers, movie tie-ins, magazines and movie companions.
3. Sookie Stackhouse series and a few other books.
4. Yankees Yearbooks, Sex and the City and professional photo books.
5. Baking/cook books and magazines. Travel books.

ReplyDeleteI usually just read a book, write it down that I read it and then sell it or donate it to the goodwill. If I kept my books my bookshelf would look like yours for sure. I love to read.
ReplyDeleteNice shelves! I have a ton of bookshelves but am actually starting to run out of space again. I organize by topic or purpose -- grad school books, history, fantasy, etc.

ReplyDeleteThat's exactly why I don't like to lend dvd's and books out. Is there anyway you can ask to get them back. Maybe they have just forgot? I love how you organized them!
